About Crystal

In her 26 years in the health insurance industry, Crystal has gained valuable experience in benefit formulation and implementation, employee education, and claims resolution. In 2004 she formed CornerStone Benefit Services, LLC, an independent agency specializing in those same areas of expertise. She takes pride in providing a high level of personal service that allows her clients to devote more time to their business.

Crystal is a member of the South Summit Chamber of Commerce and 2011's recipient of the "Business Leader of the year award." A lifelong resident of Portage Lakes, Crystal's strong ties to the community include being a member of the Community Church of Portage Lakes, vice president of Coventry Schools foundation, Clinic volunteer at OPEN M, a diva for the American Cancer Society, benefits consultant for Cub Cadet dealers association, member of the South Akron Board of Trade, and has recently become an ambassador for the random acts of kindness foundation.
